Firstly I’m shocked to see such bad reviews on trustpilot, I had thought kellogg’s would be a reputable company-clearly not!
I found a huge piece of rock hard orange plastic by way of biting on it and nearly swallowing it, so called them and they asked me to wait for a return envelope from them to return it, which took about 2 weeks, I posted it back and waited another 2 weeks for a reply, which was a generic ‘we will be in touch’ email……….I waited another 6 weeks, emails back, and got the EXACT same ‘we will be in touch’ email back, they asked me to post back the half eaten packet (which cost me £3.50, and gave me vouchers for £8, so effectively gave me £4.50!!
So damn rude-never buying any Kellogg product again!!!!

I emailed your company with photos of your Special K breakfast bars. I opened the box and the wrappers on the bars where not sealed. Obviously I couldn't eat them and I thought it should be bought to your attention. I had a reply thanking me for reporting the problem and was told I would receive coupons to replace the ones that I couldn't eat.
NOTHING.

The Kellogs-LEGOLAND "Free Adult Ticket" promotion is a rip-off.
The so-called saving is based on the most expensive type of ticket i.e. the Full "On The Day" priced ticket which was £62 in my case.

What a con that free adult ticket for Merlin attractions are. Tried to book for Legoland, if you use the actual website 2 adult tickets are only £2 more expensive than with the so called free ticket. How can that be if you are supposed to be getting an adult tickets for free. It’s disgusting that they can even promote such lies!! I will be passing on my findings to all my family and friends to save them the disappointment.

Lieeeeers you not get free tickets to resorts i end up paying 110 £ only for 4 people and nobady was have free ticket they just lie same money you pay when you buy from real resort home page .

Lisa Walker is a field sales representative for Kellogg UK & IRE who champions Kellogg's for giving her a way of succeeding as a single mom of two daughters, ages 9 and 14, by employing her as their field sales representative she states is the perfect fit for her. In her own words "I’m encouraged to have an owner’s mindset and be empowered to manage my portfolio of clients in a way that makes the most sense for them and me. The company trusts how I represent the brand and sell to our customers. The fact that everything I do can come from my heart makes me love my job even more". Sounds perfect.

NOT! The truth is far darker than that. Lisa Walker is an adulterer that broke up two marriages destroying the lives of two families to get her own selfish way. Not happy in her own marriage with two young daughters she began sleeping with a married man who also had two daughters. This resulted in her destroying two families.

If this is the type person that Kellogg’s employs as their sales representative out in the field, a person with no values or decent morals, a person with no “Family Values”, an “Adulterer” and marriage destroyer than they to must have very low family values.

Despite several letters regarding my complaint KELLOGS have failed to respond!
They think the matter will go away!
They have been sent a final letter and if there is no response, I will be sending a LETTER BEFORE ACTION before issuing them with a COUNTY COURT SUMMONS!
A shameful Company with no scruples at All!

Bought a box of All Bran and found a foreign object in there. Contacted Kellogg on 6th April and was told not to eat the rest of the pack and they would send an envelope for its return. Since then I’ve received nothing despite my phoning and emailing them. To say they don’t care is an understatement. I bought another box to replace the first one, which I no longer eat as I’m fearful of their quality. Out of pocket by £6.00. A definite ban on all Kellogg products now by my family and friends.

Just witnessed the latest Kelloggs advert on TV. Shows a male trampling through some childrens lego bricks to get to the kitchen where there is a box of cornflakes.

I am led to believe that cornflakes are the result of a natural product promoting health. This ad is full of contradiction and confuses the viewer. The end scene shows the same male eating cornflakes from a bowl in what is assumed to be a kitchen. On the bottom of his foot is stuck what is assumed to be a red Lego brick. What has a high earth pollutant like plastic got to do with eating healthy corn flakes. Plastic is infiltrating everything on Earth due to its almost destructible abilities and it’s poisoning our watercourses and seas as well as the wildlife.

This is a really idiotic advertisement and I certainly won’t be eating this product from now on as it appears to be condoning plastic use.

Thank you Kellogg. Phoned up customer service with an issue for my daughters birthday and true to their word they resolved within an hour with a call back. Excellent to be able to trust such a big company for once.
